Eric is a trial lawyer with a wide range and substantial depth of experience in complex business litigation and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. His client roster has spanned the gamut, from individuals and families seeking justice for a devastating accident, to numerous Fortune 100 corporations involved in high stakes disputes, and nearly everything in between.
Eric received a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida, and his law degree from Emory University School of Law. Eric is admitted to practice in Florida.

JOSH SPOONT

Josh maintains a robust corporate practice focusing on corporate formation and financing, business transactions (including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures) and outsourced general counsel services for startups, growth stage companies and mature businesses of various sizes. Many of Josh's corporate clients are in highly regulated industries such as gaming, cannabis, healthcare and telemarketing.
Josh cut his teeth at one of Miami’s oldest and finest civil trial firms, and his extensive experience in complex business disputes gives him unique perspective and insight when counseling clients on their corporate matters. Alongside the firm's dedicated trial lawyers, Josh still regularly litigates civil cases in Florida state and federal courts.
Josh received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Miami, and a masters degree in real estate finance, as well as a law degree, from the University of Florida. Josh is admitted to practice in Florida.
An entrepreneur at heart, Josh started Sodhi Spoont PLLC with Eric Sodhi in February 2017.

NATE EDENFIELD

Nate is a results-driven litigator with years of experience helping litigants resolve complex legal disputes. He previously worked at a large national law firm and a premier South Florida litigation boutique. Nate’s legal experience ranges from prosecuting and defending high stakes class action lawsuits, to representing litigants involved in business disputes, to handling complex real estate related litigation. He has represented clients large and small, including large multinational corporations, small and medium sized businesses, and individuals.
Nate graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management and law degree from the University of Florida. While in law school, he served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Florida Law Review. From 2012-2013, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Nate is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Tennessee bar, all federal trial courts in Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
